Mes galères en tant que nouvel abonné chez Free Telecom
J’ai décidé de vous narrer mes galères en tant que nouvel abonné chez Free, et qui sont, je le crains, loin d’être finies. Si vous aussi vous êtes dans la merde (pardon), ou si vous souhaitez écouter avec un brin de rigolade Coca en main les galères d’un abonné, je vous propose d’écouter l’enregistrement qui suit. J’ai préféré l’enregistrer que l’écrire, à la fois pour le confort de chacun et surtout pour les touches de mon clavier.
Au passage, j’avais déjà écrit un article sur la déplorable inutilité de la hotline Free ici.
PS : Je m’excuse pour les 2 - 3 fautes de langage et pour l’articulation à certains moments.

Ouai, j’étais mort de rire sur ton a vis par rapport au gars qui ne nie pas, c’est vrai qu’il est niais.
Sinon t’inquiete pas on est tous sur le même bateau, je vais faire simple, moi j’ai demandé a orange internet, nikel tout le matos et les codes arrivent rapidement, sauf que je suis le premier locataire de mon appart et que le cable qui relie le boitier telecom se trouvant dans la rue et le boitier de mon appart n’est pas installé n’est pas installé, pas de souci un technicien scopelec vient et me dit “ha non c’est pas a moi a faire ca, c’est a l’electricien”, ok j’apele mon proprio et lui informe, l’electricien débarque … 2 mois plus tard et me dit “ha nonj j peut pas faire ca, c’est au telecom…” Entretemps ma demande de conexion avait été suspendu (normal au bout d’un certain temp precisé par orange) je relance donc ma comande en precisant bien la nature des taravaux a faire, incroyable, un technicien est venu 3 jour plus tard, il m’a mis la ligne en 15 min, mais il m’a encore fallu attendre plus de trois semaines pour avoir les nouveau codes de conexion. Une fois recu, impecable internet tourne d’enfer, la telé marche (sauf le boitier télé qui ne veut plus s’allumer depuis quelques jours) et le telephones qui devrait s’activer sous quelques heures… mais voila deux mois et demi et une multitudes d’apel a orange que le telephone ne marche toujours pas!!! J’ai prévu un ultime apel cet apres midi meme pour les informais que je résiliai mon abonnement, je compte me tourner vers le neuf sfr dont plusieurs perssones m’on dit du bien, espérerons que ce sera pas aussi compliqué.

Fin de la première partie de l’histoire : j’ai le net, enfin.
Petit rappel du commentaire que j’avais adressé sur le précédent article (extraits) :
“C’est là tout le problème du service. ……………. Le con-sommateur n’est qu’un numéro qui ne représente rien, et c’est un rouage dans le fonctionnement. Il n’est pas au centre, ne représente rien. Aujourd’hui je fais du pognon ……. mon métier c’est l’argent. T’es pas content, tu es “free”, libre de faire ce que tu veux. …………… Allez circulez, t’es abonné ? Je prélève……..”
Content quand même que ton problème soit réglé.
Y a des mecs qui sont carrement des têtes à claques….
Moi, pas de TV depuis l’update en freebox HD, même gallère pour avoir le bon service, pour qu’ils admettent qu’il y a bien une défaillance, et compagnie.
Mais ce que j’aime le plus, c’est de se faire raccrocher à la gueule pendant le temps d’attente (payant évidement car on les appelle avec portable, puisqu’ils vont nous faire tout débrancher a un moment). Si si, au bout de 8 minutes : Désolé, trop de monde rappelez plus tard.
Il y aussi des trains qui arrivent à l’heure mais on n’en parle pas.
abonné à FREE depuis 6 ans sans problème particulier.
Logique, quand on achète un service ou un produit, il y a une obligation de résultat, sauf exception.
Mais à la rigueur, un produit qui ne fonctionne pas, on le ramène, et on reçoit en retour la même chose, mais doté du fonctionnement attendu.
Quand le produit X ne fonctionne pas, il me semble logiquement qu’on ne passe pas 20 coups de fils avant d’être en possession d’un produit fonctionnel, sans avoir à payer une seconde fois. Quand cela se produit, c’est de l’escroquerie.
Ici c’est la cas, et c’est le genre de chose à dénoncer.
T’as beau être un mec bien pendant 40 ans, si tu tues ta femme en l’espace de 2 secondes, on ne peut pas laisser passer. Ca représente une infime partie de ton existence. Etonnant non ? Essaye de comprendre la même chose en remplaçant les secondes par les clients.
C’est vrai que la hotline de Free est légendaire ! Malheureusement ce n’est pas la seule mais bon ils font quand même fort…J’ai personnellement eu d’autres problèmes avec cette foutue hotline !
Une incompétence aigue de la part des hotliners, c’est vraiment une honte comme tu le dis bien sur ce blog.
Heureusement que du côté matos, on a ce qu’il faut avec la freebox et freebox HD sans ça je pense que beaucoup d’abonnés seraient déjà partis de ce FAI “sans foi ni loi”.
c le pas de chance… personnelement je suis chez free je n’est pas eu ce genre de problème pour ton histoire de facturation au yeux de la loi tu peut tout a fait te faire remboursé le moi + coup de téléphone (ta pas le choix d’appeler avec un portable)…
Si il refuse tu peut aussi porter plainte
Tu peut aussi allez sur Univers Freebox (le forum/site) des freenautes ou la tu aura un appuie en cas de problème souvent il on des relation avec free (voir même des vrais technicien qui travaille sur le site/forum) pour justement faire remonté les incidents !
Tu a aussi le Tchat FREE gratuit si tu va cher quelqu’un et que tu te connecte avec tes identifiant free ! (tel + pass) recu généralement dans le mail
Bref bonne chance (Une erreur télécom est très souvent faite que sa soit free, orange, ou sfr) de partout c comme sa comme on dit c le pas de chance !

salut , ouai mais de toute façon free ces la grosse merde , est france telecom aussi !!
au debut j’arrive dans un appartement , je decide d’ouvrir une ligne ,
ok , ensuite jai demandez a ma soeur de faire un degroupage sur le site de free donc ces fait
ensuite yas eut une erreur de numero de telephone , ces a dire que a la place que sa soit mon numero de chez moi sa ete le num de chez le voisin , donc je recoit ma box , et je la branche et sa marche pa , la je constate que il se sont tromper de numero de telephone la box fonctionne uniquement sur la prise de chez le voisin !! alors je leurs ecrit une lettre recommandez est il me dise que je doit payer 100 euro etc … pour les frais je leurs et dit non ! jai annuler l’abonnement du num a mon voisin est il me dise de renvoyer la box ! je leurs ai envoyer et la le voisin a toujours la ligne free a mon nom chez lui ! est en plus il me demande de régler !! je les ai laisser tomber ensuite 6 mois plutard je demenage est voila nouvelle ligne toujours chez free est la sa fait plus de 5 jours que jattend que le cheniard de ma box fonctionne puisque sa fait 5 jours que elle tourne en rond doucement rien qui fonctionne !!

sa fait 1 ans que je suis j’ai je nai eu aucun probleme a pard un probleme a cause de france telecom a cause tu debit une chut de tebit mais a par cela je nais eu aucun probleme
